Bookings & Appointments:
When engaging in booking services with Kaye Teede, you hereby confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the following terms:
Appointments are required to ensure dedicated time and attention.
Fittings outside normal business hours are at our discretion and may incur additional costs.
Please arrive on time to allow for a thorough consultation or fitting.
Consultations & Fittings:
Design consultations are required for custom garments and new projects.
Additional fittings required due to design changes, body measurements, adjustments, incur additional time and cost.
Time-Based Services:
All work is charged at an hourly rate based on the professional time required.
Hourly rates and service charges are subject to change; current rates are provided during your appointment.
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit is required before work begins on most services.
Larger or complex projects may require a higher deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Garment Care & Customer Responsibility:
Please bring undergarments and shoes intended for use with the garment to each fitting.
We are not liable for fit discrepancies due to changes of undergarments and shoes.
Please ensure your garments are clean and not excessively creased.
Additional time taken to wash or press your garment to work on, will incur additional cost.
Collection:
Completed garments must be collected within the timeframe advised or discussed.
Garments not collected after repeated contact attempts may incur storage fees.
Once the garment leaves our premises, we are no longer liable for its condition or any subsequent damage.
Quality of Work:
All work is carried out professionally and to a high standard.
Pricing Overview:
Hourly rate services: Current rates are discussed at the time of fittings, and consultations.
All work is billed at our hourly rate, which is subject to change.
Deposits: Deposits are to be paid for larger or complex projects.
Rush jobs: work required within 24–48 hours may incur additional fees depending on size and complexity.
After-hours fittings: may incur extra fees and are offered at our discretion.
Materials: fabrics, trims, or notions purchased for your project will be added to the cost of the project.
Website & Service Use:
• If you create an account, provide accurate, current information, keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Our website may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are breached.
Legal & Miscellaneous:
• These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
• We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.

Changes:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
