Join us for our Fundamentals of Sewing Workshop, tailored for those who would like to learn to sew or would like a refresher to pick up sewing again.

At our workshop, you'll dive into the fundamentals of sewing machine operation, the best tools and understanding fabric. We'll, ensuring you feel confident with every stitch and guide you through the ins and outs of sewing basics so you can have the confidence to learn to make clothing.

Worried about Machines and supplies? Don't be! We've got you covered with the use of our Bernina sewing machines, all requirements will be supplied in this workshop including fabrics and threads.

Throughout the session, you'll learn:

• How to use and optimise a sewing machine

• Essential tips for achieving the best results

• Understanding needles, threads, fabrics and patterns

• We will cover essential tools like scissors, pins, quick unpicks, tape measures

A four hour session, with a maximum of four participants per workshop. And to keep your creativity fuelled, tea, coffee and a few treats will be on hand.
